The second phase of the Division of Human Resources and Employee Relations PeopleSoft implementation includes two modules: (1) ePerfomance Management and (2) Candidate Gateway & Talent Acquisition Management. Click on a link below for more information.
ePerformance Management
    ePerformance Management automates the performance assessment process for all employees
    with electronic forms, an online process and online storage of historical evaluation data.

      - Allows for efficient tracking, analysis and notification regarding the performance assessment
     - Integrates with systems for employee development
*      - Provides opportunities for self-evaluation in some cases

Candidate Gateway and Talent Acquisition Management
Candidate Gateway and Talent Acquisition Management enhance efficiency of the hiring process
    and allows applicants to better manage their application materials and job searches.

Impacts to Hiring Managers (Principals/District Directors):
       - Manage candidate interview schedules
       - Submit candidate interview evaluations
       - Send correspondence to applicants (mass & individually)

    Impacts to Applicants
       - Manage and attach resumes to applications
       - Receive notifications from hiring managers and HR
